3. Data Processing
We take the privacy of your uploaded data seriously:
- Immediate deletion — Files are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete and you have exported your cleaned data
- Zero-retention AI policy — We use OpenAI's API with their zero-retention data policy, meaning your data is not stored by OpenAI after processing
- No training on your data — Your uploaded files are never used to train AI models, by us or any third party
- IP-based rate limiting — We use IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse of our service. IP addresses are not linked to your uploaded data
4. Data Storage and Security
Your uploaded CSV files are:
- Stored securely in encrypted cloud storage during processing
- Processed using OpenAI's API for data cleaning suggestions
- Deleted immediately after processing and export
- Only accessible by you through your account
