How we handle your data — in plain English.
Once your data is processed and you've exported the cleaned file, we delete the original upload from our servers. We don't keep copies. If you need to re-process, you upload again.
We send your data to OpenAI's API to detect issues and suggest fixes. We use their zero-retention API — meaning OpenAI does not store your data after processing and does not use it to train their models. Neither do we.
Every upload is scoped to your account. Other users cannot see or access your files, cleanup results, or exports. There is no shared data layer between accounts.
All connections use HTTPS. Files are encrypted during the short time they exist on our servers. Payments are processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We use IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse. IP addresses are used only for this purpose and are not linked to your uploaded data or account activity.
